What areas do you serve?

What’s the difference between a car wash and detailing?

A car wash cleans the surface. Detailing goes deeper — it’s a full-service cleaning, restoration, and protection of your vehicle’s interior and exterior. We clean every crevice, condition surfaces, and leave your vehicle looking (and feeling) like new.

 How long does a typical detail take?

Depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle:

Exterior or Interior Only: 1–2 hours
Full-Service Detail: 2.5–4 hours
Fleet service times may vary based on vehicle quantity and needs.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle and the location is safe and accessible, you don’t have to be present during the service.

Do you need water or power access?

We bring everything we need — including water and power — unless otherwise specified. We also offer eco-friendly, waterless detailing options for tight spaces or water-restricted areas.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

We monitor the weather closely and will reschedule at no charge if weather conditions prevent us from completing your service. Your vehicle deserves quality — not a rushed job in the rain.

 Can I set up recurring detailing appointments?

Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer bi-weekly or monthly services to keep their vehicles in top shape. Let us know and we’ll build a plan that fits your needs.

Do you detail all types of vehicles?

Yes! We service cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, and even commercial vehicles. Let us know the type of vehicle when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Is your interior cleaning safe for kids and pets?

Absolutely. We use kid- and pet-safe products that are tough on stains but gentle on surfaces — and safe for your family.

 Can you remove stains and odors from seats or carpets?

Yes, our interior detailing includes deep steam cleaning and extraction methods designed to remove most stains and odors, including spills, pet messes, and smoke.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade detailing products that are safe for your paint, interior, and the environment. This includes high-end waxes, pH-balanced cleaners, and ceramic coatings (available on request).

 Will you drain my car battery during the service?

Nope! We bring our own power supply and tools, so there’s no strain on your vehicle’s battery or electrical system.

Do you detail work trucks or utility vehicles?

Yes — we regularly clean and maintain fleet trucks, construction vehicles, delivery vans, and other commercial-use vehicles.

Do you offer headlight restoration?

Yes! We can restore cloudy or yellowed headlights to improve night-time visibility and give your vehicle a fresher appearance.

How often should I get my car detailed?

We recommend a full-service detail every 3–4 months to keep your car looking and feeling like new. For higher-use or commercial vehicles, monthly or bi-weekly service may be best.

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests! Same-day or next-day service is available depending on current bookings and location.

Do you offer ceramic coating or paint protection?

Yes! We offer ceramic coating as a premium add-on to protect your paint for up to 2 years. Ask us about pricing and packages.

What happens if the weather is unpredictable?

If weather is questionable, we’ll stay in touch leading up to your appointment. We never want to rush a job or deliver less-than-perfect results, so we’re happy to reschedule for clear weather at no extra charge.

Do you offer gift cards or packages?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or employee appreciation. Ask us about bundled service packages as well.

Can I book services at my workplace or apartment complex?

Yes — as long as we have permission from the property or access to a safe space to work. We’ll coordinate with you to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Can you customize a service package for my needs?

Definitely! If you don’t see a package that fits, let us know. We’ll build a custom quote based on your vehicle and the level of care you want.

Do you take before and after photos?

Yes — with your permission, we love showcasing our work! It also gives you a chance to see the difference side-by-side.
